Delete Treasure Seeker Account Data

Treasure Seeker is designed to collect the minimum personal data needed to run online features. For that reason, Treasure Seeker does not use email-and-password accounts. Instead, the app creates a unique, device-linked account using app-specific identifiers generated and stored on your device.

This means we usually collect less directly identifying account information from you. It also means we cannot look up your account from an email address, username, or other ordinary website form input, because those details are not used to create the account in the first place.

How to delete your account

Open Treasure Seeker on the device that created the account.
Open Settings.
Scroll to Danger Zone.
Choose Delete Account and confirm the prompt.

After confirmation, Treasure Seeker deletes the server data linked to that account, clears local app data on the device, and closes the app.

If any residual operational log data cannot be removed immediately, it is purged under our scheduled retention cleanup. Our current server log retention window is 21 days.

If you already uninstalled the app, you can reinstall Treasure Seeker on the same device and use the same in-app deletion flow. Because Treasure Seeker does not use email, phone, username, or password accounts, we generally cannot authenticate and locate your anonymous app account from a website form without collecting additional identifying information from you.

What deletion removes

Account-linked server records used for app features.
Purchase, unlock, and token history for that account.
Support requests, gameplay-related server records, and other linked app data stored on our servers for that account.
Local Treasure Seeker data stored on the device, including settings and local history.

Deletion is permanent. Purchased items, unlocks, and token balances attached to the deleted account are lost. A minimal anti-abuse receipt may be retained after deletion to prevent repeated free-token grants, fraud, or misuse. This receipt is not a playable account and does not include gameplay history, location, photos, support messages, purchase history, or remaining token balance.
